Brian writes a rhyming poem that bluntly summarizes all key messages. He “volunteers” 4-6 senior leaders to come onstage. He assigns them a sound and physical movement aligned to each message. Then they’re “triggered” as Brian narrates the poem. Each leader jumps forward to the microphone and delivers his or her sound and movement.
